Overview#

Purpose: This document shows different video email answering recordings.

Scope: This applies to all assigned Bragan customer service representatives.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.

Objective: The objective of this procedure is:

  • to shows examples of email answering to customer service trainees.

Note: This is an old process using Zendesk. Company is currently using Replyco, please refer to this SOP.

RESOLUTION: Refresh Browser

2 - ISSUE ENCOUNTERED: Broken Links

RESOLUTION:ย Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
