Fastway Proof Of Delivery

Overview#

Purpose: The purpose of this SOP is to response to customer request of proof of delivery. Fastway is the courier service Bragan uses for Irish deliveries, Fastway Tracking information is manually imported in Linnworks. This SOP shows how to get Tracking information, send proof of delivery and use Fastway online portal in case information is not available in Linnworks. The purpose of this document is to outline to new and existing staff how to properly navigate the Fastway website.

Scope: This procedure applies to both Team IRL and Team PH personnel. The usage of the Fastway website is universal throughout the company.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.

Objective: The objective is to create customer satisfaction on the immediate response and standardize the use of the Fastway website so all applicable members of staff have the knowledge to do so efficiently and correctly. Please note this is not including the uploading of labels for order processing, please refer the order processing SOP for instructions on how to complete this task.

How to get Tracking information in Linnworks Processed Order Details#

  1. From the Invoice sent get the details of the Order ID reference. Go to Order Menu in the side bar>>Click Processed Order

  1. Search using the Order ID reference. You can Search by Reference Number, External Reference, tracking number, Company, Name, Email address or Phone Number.

  1. Double Click to View order. In the Details Tab You can see Tracking Information.

If tracking information is not available#

  1. Snipe the details of the label number

If there is no tracking information available, we need to go and access fastway online portal

  1. Login your credentials in dms.fastway.ie
  2. Search for the Linnworks Order ID reference in the dashboard

  1. Get the Consignment Number.
