Tracking Instructions
1.

Locate customer order in Linnworks processed orders using order id, delivery postcode or customer name.

- Scroll down until you find the tracking number.


- Enter tracking into Fedex website as below and select track. (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/? action=track&tracknumbers=735567785680&locale=en_GB&cntry_code=gb)


Reply to customer with the information showing by the tracking and send them the tracking number also.
- If tracking information can’t be located using the FEDEX website you can use IFS tracking. Select History and search by postcode or shippers reference.
