Locate customer order in Linnworks processed orders using order id, delivery postcode or customer name.

  1. Enter tracking into Fedex website as below and select track. (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/? action=track&tracknumbers=735567785680&locale=en_GB&cntry_code=gb)

Reply to customer with the information showing by the tracking and send them the tracking number also.

  1. If tracking information can’t be located using the FEDEX website you can use IFS tracking. Select History and search by postcode or shippers reference.
