Review Request

Overview#

Purpose: Review Request is designed to increase our Company's reputation by sending links for a review request to happy customers and ensure to gain repeat customers and most important is being recommended to others by the word of mouth and reviews.

Scope: The SOP applies to Team IRL, Trainees, and Team PH. All will have reference to the Tasks and steps for completing them.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each one of us to represent Bragan. Often you will be the first contact a Customer has and you will never get a second chance at this. You should think of each action as if it were coming from your pocket!

Objective: The Objective of the Review Request SOP is to format procedures and examples to gather important data such as product items, Customer information, and send a review requests.

Procedure#

All customers with pleasant or good experience with us send immediately Macro 919. This is the final macro that we send to customers. Ideally we should always be the one to send the last reply.

This macro requests the customer to send us pictures of purchased items fitted to their vehicle and to like our Facebook page and leave positive reviews on Trustpilot. The links are also provided so that it would be easier for the customer.

Notes#

This section is important so Adhoc points and issues can be logged. Also, Q&A can be logged for suggestions for potential issues encountered. Also, log important notes needed for this system. Additional Notes:

1. Always send the Final Macro as send off to customers with pleasant experience with us.

2 - ISSUE ENCOUNTERED: Broken Links

RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
