Intro to Bragan Assessment Questions

Overview#

Purpose: This document outlines the set of questions that can be asked for the new hire after reviewing Intro to Bragan SOPs.

Scope: This document applies to HR personnel or authorized personnel to give the assessment to the new hire.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.

Objective: The objective of this document is to measure new hire's understanding of Introduction SOPs.

Assessment Questions#

1. Enumerate the Bragan Company Values
2. What is the name of the two Bragan companies and what is their purpose?
3. What is the name of the two eBay accounts?

4.What markets do the eBay accounts cater to?

5. What are the ways you can acknowledge when you are tagged in Skype?
6. What part of the Trello card should contain the logs, outcome/setback, additional info of a task?
7. As part of company courtesy policy, what should we do when we clock in, take a break or clock out?
8. Provide 2 types of accessories Bragan is selling for a. truck, b. van and c. 4x4
9. What program do we use for taking screenshots?
10. When and where do we send our Invoices for Salary payment?
11. What is the name of the software we used to create SOPs/systems and that houses all SOPs of the company?

Notes#

This section is important so Adhoc points and issues can be logged. Also, Q&A can be logged for suggestions for potential issues encountered. Also, log important notes needed for this system. Additional Notes:

Make sure to gauge candidate's communication skill as well while answering the questions. Make sure to have candidate turn on their video or share their screen to make sure they are not reading anything during the assessment.

RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
