Overview#

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to have a standardized document to be used for Independent Contractor Agreement for agents.

Scope: This procedure applies to HR Personnel / authorized personnel in charge.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.

Objective: The objective of this procedure is for offering the contract and agreement for freelancers from the Philippines.

Documents here are the template for creating and offering contracts for PH Freelancers. The contract will be offered within 2 months of employment.

Attached are the different documents to be used per role.

RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
