Overview#
Purpose: The purpose of this system is to outline to assigned personnel how to post current available jobs in Social Media.
Scope: This procedure applies to HR Personnel / authorized personnel in charge of posting jobs to different websites and social media
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.
Objective: The objective of this procedure is:
to standardize on how to post current available jobs on Social Media.
Step 1.
Confirm with Team IRL which job should you be posting on Bragan Social Media Accounts. Ask management for the credentials of the socia media accounts.
Step 2.
Once confirmed, look for this job posting that has been posted already on Facebook. You will have to share this to the following groups below, only 3 shares can be done per day due to FB share restrictions.

Sharing the existing job post to groups should be completed in line with management instructions A new post of current available jobs should be done on all Bragan Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) every last Friday of the month. All information on job post are taken from Indeed job posting. It is important to note that you should not send too many posts in a short space of time as this may see our account restricted or closed. Try and keep it to the least number possible on any given day

RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
