Purpose: The purpose of this document is to have a standardized document for Job Descriptions.
Scope: This procedure applies to PRODUCT LISTERS.
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.
Objective: The objective of this system is to provide Product Lister agents with knowledge about their roles.
Product Lister#
As a Product Lister, you will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to:
SKU creation using the SKU Creator Formatting file Listing live in all channels following the ClickUp New Listing process. Listing update following the ClickUp Edit Listing process. Resolve listing-related issues Submit need to edit images to Bragan's official picture editor and update listing images Communicate to the team all listing task updates
Note: Job description is subject to changes to the client’s discretion. Ad hoc tasks will be given and additional roles will be assigned as deemed required by the client to fulfill company’s needs.
