Overview#
Purpose: Procurement is a vital process on the supply chain because it is where the process of maintaining stock inventory begins. Part of the process is creating the monthly Loading List for Eirturk. The purpose of this document is to outline to new and existing procurement members the process of creating Eirturk loading lists.
Scope: This procedure applies to all Procurement Team.
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.
Objective: The objective of this procedure is:
to standardize the process of creating Eirturk loading list and submit to supplier every month.
Procedure#
Creating Monthly Loading List for Eirturk#
All orders sent to Eirturk between 10th to 20th of every month, regardless of the quantity will be automatically included in the next loading list to be submitted to Eirturk between 20th to 30th of every month. The list of items submitted will be loaded on the 30th of the succeeding month.
Schedule of submission of loading list to Eirturk: Between 20th to 30th of the month
What to put in the loading list ? - All orders placed between 1st to 20th of the month
Where to send the loading list? email to [email protected] and CC: [email protected]
