Overview#

Purpose: This is the standard operating procedure on how to get a report for eBay not sold items.

Scope: This applies to all Bragan personnel.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the person who has been appointed by the management to identify the items in eBay that are not sold.

Objective: To be able to know items in eBay that are not sold or slow-moving.

RESOLUTION: Refresh Browser

2 - ISSUE ENCOUNTERED: Broken Links

RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
