Overview#

Purpose: Customers often make requests to return items that can be either damaged, change of mind, do not fit, or any other reason

Scope: To manage return requests so that they are processed quickly and correctly.

Responsibility: It is the customer service representative’s responsibility to create the offer.

Objective: The objective is for returns to arrive back undamaged if possible and the customer to be happy with the result so we do not have negative feedback or any open cases on our account.

RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
