Overview#

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to outline to new and existing staff how to forward phone calls to other members of staff using the handset.

Scope: This procedure is for staff that is based in the IRL office using the handsets.

Responsibility: It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure the process set out in this procedure is followed.

Objective: The objective of this procedure is to standardize the use of the handset call forwarding process and to have all employees with the knowledge of how to carry out this task.
