Normally, an agent should right be with you after requesting a Live Chat. If not, there should be a message or a notice that there's a queue in which you'll have to wait for your turn. If it seems nothing is happening, it got stuck or not a single message has been shown on the Live Chat Support window, it is possible that your request didn't push through or a cannot be seen technical error has occurred, in this case, you might want to refresh your web browser and repeat the process.

1 - ISSUE ENCOUNTERED: Stuck on Loading RESOLUTION: Refresh Browser
2 - ISSUE ENCOUNTERED: Broken Links RESOLUTION: Get the external link as this will allow other people to access the SOP without the need for login credentials and avoid broken links.
